Ryan Bergman is a 2009 RHP/OF with a 6'3'', 185 lb. frame from Canton, GA who attends Creekview HS. He has a nice, projectable build with room to grow stronger. Bergman throws from a long, extended arm action and balanced, piece by piece delivery. His mechanics are fine but may benefit from being speeded up a bit. Bergman threw just fastballs and moved the ball around the plate at 73-76 mph. He needs to work on developing his secondary pitches. Bergman also plays some outfield and has a simple line drive swing that produces mid field contact. He is a good student.
