Spencer Yormak is a 2028 1B/LHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends American Heritage. A more compact frame and build with room to keep filling out the frame moving forward. Ran a 7.98 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman who works from a higher three-quarters release on his throws. Showed accuracy across the field up to 69 mph on his throws, with a process shown. He had intent to the actions and showed good footwork working around the bag. Took BP as a left-handed hitter with an upright and open base. He gets the back elbow up and was able to repeat his swing well. He stayed inside the baseball and was able to drive the ball to all areas of the field. He took to the mound as a left-handed pitcher with a lower handset, and higher leg-lift, and pitched from an over-the-top arm slot. He would show hesitation in the leg lift to mess with opposing hitters' timing. He showed developing arm speed while working up to 72 mph on the fastball. Showed a low-60s breaking ball with 1-7 shape and depth to it. Showed good traits to work with moving forward in his outing on the mound. Great student.
