Jordan Chassagne is a 2027 OF/2B with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Royal Palm Beach, FL who attends Palm Beach Central. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.00 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, charges hard to the ball with some lightness in footwork, plays with energy and quickness, shorter arm action and ball comes out of hand cleanly with on line carry to the intended base. Stays low in the dirt and on the approach, long and smooth strides to the ball, shorter arm stroke with sound actions overall, arm strength will continue to develop. Left-handed hitter, begins with a wide base in the box and employs a full swing path through the zone. Whips the hands and able to lag the barrel nicely while creating separation out front. Shows comfort in turning the barrel and lifting to the pull side though but has the ability to work to all fields. Very good student.
