Adrian Burciaga is a 2028 2B/RHP with a 5-7 165 lb. frame from Denver, CO who attends Prairie View High School. Compact, medium frame with some lower half strength and plenty of room to physically mature. Recorded a 8.95 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary second baseman with a developing defensive skill set. Used deliberate footwork into and throughout the fielding process. Displayed a clean funnel out in-front with two hands and showed some range laterally. Worked into a lower arm slot to throw and produced arm strength up to 54 mph during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked exclusively from the stretch in this look. Deliberate pace, belt high leg lift and shorter stride out to foot strike. Ran his fastball up to 59 mph and mixed in a developing curveball with varying spin profile. Will continue to improve with mechanical refinements and additional velocity. Right-handed hitter that hits from an even based stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and a smaller leg lift trigger. Hands driven stroke with rotational lower half mechanics, slightly elongated swing path and developing bat-to-ball skills. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
