Casey Stoops is a 2027 C/RHP/MIF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Anchorage, AK who attends Service. Compact frame. Primary catcher with a side set up, gains ground, shows fundamental mechanics and developing arm strength. Aggressive to the baseball in the infield, developing glove actions, fields everything clean and showed developing arm strength across the diamond. Hit from a wide base, pushes hands through to the baseball, developing feel for getting synced up and on time, and showed some ability to make contact to all fields with developing bat speed. Excellent student.
