Brice Negrette is a 2029 C/RHP/IF with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Senoia, GA who attends East Coweta. Young build with thin levers and developing size. Ran a 7.81 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, developing arm speed and strength, slower out of the crouch, on-line throws, accurate, developing explosiveness and feel overall. Secondary right-handed pitcher, developing functional strength, three-quarters slot, inconsistent release point, early stages of development with the curveball. Took reps in the outfield, uphill release with throws from the ear, developing foot speed and actions, arm strength will come over time. Left-handed hitter, even base with high hands and a high back elbow, long stride out, leans into contact, developing bat speed and impact. Will improve across the board when more size and strength comes into the picture.
