Isaac Watson is a 2028 C/MIF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Highlands Ranch, CO who attends Thunder Ridge. Medium build with lots of room and time to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a short stride into contact, moves well into his swing, stays compact with some lift out front, well connected swing with contact to all fields and some projectable power. 7.60 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has developing footwork into his transition and throws, will bounce into reception, compact arm action with developing arm strength. Also worked out in the infield, step by step actions to the ball, multiple glove taps slow down his release, showed soft hands receiving the ball, second base projection. Bat is his best present tool. Good student.
