Kade Rouse is a 2028 OF/RHP/2B with a 5-8 136 lb. frame from Highlands Ranch, CO who attends Thunder Ridge. A medium frame and compact build with a higher-set waist in the frame. Ran a 7.50 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who showed fundamental footwork working to the baseball, fielding it out in front, and working through the actions well. He worked from a higher slot and fielded the ball well as he gathered into the throw, extending through release pulling down hard with throws at 73 mph. He also worked out as an infielder with some feel for the footwork shown. He got around it and was able to take good angles to the baseball. He threw 68 mph on his throws across the diamond with developing arm strength showing. He had a feel for the glove working up the middle and ranged well there during his reps. A right-handed hitter with a spread base, higher-set hands, a high-back elbow, and direct hands working to it. He takes the hands to the baseball and works to it out in front. He has a pull-side approach with some feel to impact out in front and extend through it with a more compact stroke. He's quicker to contact and was able to match planes and get the barrel on it. He stayed connected and had a feel to get the barrel to the baseball out in front. Mostly worked up the middle during his round of BP swings with traits and actions to like moving forward.
