2026 PG New England Indoor Showcase (Sunday)
Brady Shatas is a 2028 RHP/OF with a 6-4 180 lb. frame from North Easton, MA who attends Oliver Ames. Long and lean build with lots of physical projection remaining. Works from a belt high leg raise with a longer arm action in back and high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was in the low 80's with some life through the zone, got on hitters quickly when in the zone. Curveball showed some potential with 11/5 shape and some late biting action, can add more power to it. Flashed a firm change up with some tumble. Projectable on the mound as he continues to get stronger. 5.22 runner in the forty. Primary outfielder on defense, fields the ball cleanly out front, multiple steps into his throws with developing footwork and consistency, showed his arm strength well and made accurate throws. Left handed hitter, sets up in a narrow based with a closed front side load, hanging leg raise timer, longer swing with some looseness to his hands, multiple timing mechanisms impact his consistency but showed some bat speed when he was timed and in rhythm. Good student. Named to the PG New England Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
