Easton Jansen is a 2027 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Long Grove, IA who attends Assumption. A lean and slender build with room to continue adding strength and filling out moving forward. Ran a 7.23 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who worked out at the position, fielding the ball off the front foot with a clean gather. He shuffled into the throws with a longer arm action through the back, throwing 78 mph during his round of throws. He worked through the ball well, staying online and on target with good lateral actions and a quick first step to kick things off. He maintained his momentum well, and his developing arm strength bodes well. Lower slot throws with a lower flight on his throws. A right-handed hitter with an even base with slightly open feet, and a leg lift trigger that he uses to get on time for pitches. He throws the hands through contact with an aggressive and intent-ful swing being able to work pull-side during his round of swings. He was long through it with some rotation through the swing, getting to the ball out in front most often. Good student.
