Patrick Weaving is a 2025 LHP/1B with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Warren, CT who attends Wamogo Regional. Large, broad shouldered frame with present strength proportioned throughout, long limbs, additional room to fill. Ran a 5.36 40-yard dash. Left-handed pitcher, builds tempo at start of delivery with leg lift up to core; big arm speed coming through the backside, effort at release with extension and angle out of the hand. Fastball topped out at 89 mph, able to get in on hitters hands and shows fluidity to arm, getting to a three-quarters release point. Well timed with stride coming down the mound, slider shows sharp bite off of heater up to 78 mph and also showed a firm changeup at 81 mph. Engages lower half well in drive down the mound, nice upside moving forward with solid present stuff and projection. Excellent student. Named to the New England Indoor Top Prospect List.
