Ian Cabrera is a 2027 RHP with a 6-1 182 lb. frame from Eagan, MN who attends Eagan. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Works from a back step delivery with a swinging leg kick to the plate, has some deception with a cross fire release out front with a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was in the mid-80's and topped out at 87 mph with sinking life, located it well around the zone. Threw a sweeping breaking ball in the low 70's with some spin and depth. Also threw a firm change up. Has the ability to throw strikes with all his pitches and set up hitters. Good student. Named to the Midwest Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
