2026 PG Northwest Indoor Showcase
Owen Schneller is a 2029 RHP/3B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Lakewood, WA who attends Bellarmine Prep. Stocky strong build. Works exclusively from the stretch with a hip high leg tuck start, holds his back side well, longer arm takeaway with a loose arm coming through and a 3/4's arm slot, good extension out front with a low effort release. Fastball topped out at 87 mph, located his fastball well especially to the glove side, got lots of swing/miss on his fastball. Breaking ball was a slurve type slider with big sweeping depth and showed feel for locating. Nice combination of age, arm strength and feel for pitching. 5.30 runner in the forty. Secondary third baseman on defense, arm strength showed well and made strong accurate throws, works through the ball well and fielded cleanly, solid defensive actions overall. Right handed hitter, sets up in a narrow stance with a simple load and timer, has strength in his hands and creates bat speed, got the barrel out front and showed some lift, has hitting tools to continue to develop. Good student. Named to the PG Northwest Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
