Ryan Dedman is a 2030 1B/RHP/IF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Westfield, NJ. Ran an 8.45 sixty-yard dash. Appeared at first base during defensive workouts, utilizing a medium-framed build with present strength and some room to fill. Dedman worked well laterally and got into position efficiently before making the plays via clean funnels and transfers. He delivered accurate throws across the diamond that flashed accuracy and reached 69 mph. At the plate, Dedman starts with an upright left-handed stance, keeping the hands high behind the ear. He then works into a simple and direct leg load, firing through a barrel that produced exit velocities up to 74 mph. On the mound, Dedman features some projection in his frame, working to the belt and into a high and coiled leg lift. He then fires down the mound via a reach-back arm action and high three-quarters slot. Dedman got his fastball up to 69 mph with jump out of the hand, mixing in a tight 11-5 breaking ball.
