Jaxson Shipman is a 2028 1B/RHP/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Robins, IA who attends John F Kennedy. Bigger build with plenty of strength potential. Right handed hitter, starts from a very spread stance with a small toe tap trigger, will get to far to his front side at times, has a short swing and gets on plane well, line drive up the middle contact, stayed on time well, can get into his lower half more for additional bat speed. 8.55 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, stays balanced well and fields he ball cleanly, has some young arm strength and makes accurate throws, sound overall fundamentally. Should continue to improve as he develops his athleticism.
