EMILIANO SANCHEZ is a 2028 1B/3B with a 5-9 153 lb. frame from CULIACAN, SI who attends México. Features a medium-sized build with room to add strength. Ran a 7.55 60-yd dash. At 1B, showed stronger glove actions than footwork. More stagnant feet that waited back at fielded flat footed at times but showed sureness to his glovework getting the glove down on time with clean reception. Posture was a tad tall at times, can work more low to the ground. Used a shorter arm action that got off mostly accurate throws across with avg. arm strength for his level. At the plate, sits in a taller stance with a narrow base and higher set hands. Uses a simple loading process and forward move where the hands takeback slightly and uses a smaller leg lift trigger. Longer barrel path that works flat into contact with a level finish. Minimal twitch showing avg. bat/hand speed for his level. Found barrel a majority of his round where he stayed through the middle of the field but minimal strength/impact presently. Consistently balanced swings throughout.
