Brandon Travers is a 2028 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Kings Park, NY who attends Kings Park. Medium young build with some present strength to build on. Works from a slow paced deliberate delivery on the mound with a 3/4's arm slot, hides the ball effectively, can create more drive to the plate with his lower half. Fastball was in the low 70's with some running life. Killed the spin effectively on his change up with some fade, curveball showed some sweep, threw strikes with all his pitches. Right handed hitter, starts from a straight stance with a high hand load, tends to stay on his backside with a rotational downhill swing, found the barrel often with pull to mid field contact. 7.83 runner in the sixty. Plays corner infield when not on the mound, glove tends to get down late, step by step actions into the ball, makes soft accurate throws. Good student.
