Garrett Nuss is a 2011 RHP with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Sorrento, FL who attends Mount Dora HS. Slender athletic build, good strength potential. Tall balanced delivery, some back leg bounce, clean arm circle, arm comes through clean, downhill angle from high 3/4's release. 89-92 mph fastball, mostly straight, has improved velo in the last year. 12/6 downer curveball with good depth/bite, not consistent on CB release, has nice feel for his change up, proper velocity. Good student, verbal commitment to Central Florida.
