Trey Robinson is a 2028 RHP/1B with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Riverton, KS who attends Galena. Stocky young build with strength potential. Primary right handed pitcher, throws from a high 3/4's arm slot, gets directional to the plate well from a belt high leg raise start. Fastball was in the low 70's and topped out at 73 mph, also threw a soft upper 50's curveball with 11/5 shape. Threw strikes and pitched to contact. 7.97 runner in the sixty. Plays first base when not on the mound, has some idea on his fundamental actions, gets rid of the ball quickly on his throws. Right handed hitter, starts from a straight wide stance, showed an aggressive swing approach, uphill swing plane, tends to pull off the ball early, flashed some lift to the middle of the field, can cut down his swing for more consistent barrels. Good student.
