Jordan Mendoza is a 2030 SS/2B with a 5-3 103 lb. frame from Fairhaven, MA. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill and develop moving forward. Ran an 8.08 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, fields the ball out front and glove works cleanly, gets to an over-the-top release point, young footwork and will continue to refine, accuracy across the diamond with developing arm strength/carry. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even and narrow stance in the box, high hand set with a lower back elbow in set up. Upper body dominant swing with moving parts in load, gets spread through lower half. Full swing path with some whip to the barrel head, contact oriented approach with ability to work to all parts of the field.
