Henry Macri is a 2028 LHP/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Long Beach, IN who attends Andrean. Medium young build. Works exclusively from the stretch with a long hanging leg raise start, stays inline working down the slope, arm works to a high release point. Sinks the fastball hard, up to 78 mph and worked to the arm-side consistently with it. Spun a harder slider up to 69 mph with short, horizontal shape. Left-handed hitter, even feet with low hands, narrow setup in the box, knee lift trigger stride out, flatter path through the zone, low liners to the middle of the field consistently throughout the round. Consistent contact and results to the middle of the field. Secondary outfielder, choppy steps coming through the baseball, breaks down and fields with two hands in the middle of the frame, longer arm stroke to a high 3/4 release point. Solid arm strength, recorded throws up to 77 mph. Good student.
