Jeremy James is a lean 2005, 6'0" right handed hitting first baseman from Montgomery, LA who projects well physically. He hits from a no load approach with low hands, which really limits his ability to swing a wood bat. He made consistent contact in batting practice and in games, but the approach kept him from generating much bat speed and realizing his power potential with wood. James is probably a much better hitter with aluminum at this point. He plays hard and seems to have a good feel for the game. His best baseball years are ahead of him. Jeremy is an outstanding student.
