Casen Daly is a 2027 RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Pulaski, TN who attends Giles County. Medium build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.61 runner in the sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher, works from a full wind-up with a coiled leg lift up to the core. Has some more velocity in his legs. Separates into an inline arm path and releases the ball from a 3/4 arm slot. Fastball showed natural sink and occasional cut, peaking at 77 mph. Mixed in a changeup with short arm-side fade as well as a shorter curveball with a developing spin profile. Secondary outfielder, stays direct with his footwork and approaches the baseball well. Takes a couple extra steps during the transfer phase. Accelerates his arm well into a 3/4 arm slot and attempts to pull down out in front. Kept his throws on-line while recording arm strength up to 82 mph. Left-handed batter, starts in a narrow, upright stance with a high hand set-up and high back elbow. Steps back into his load before working into a slightly uphill bat path. Takes a tight turn to the point of contact and tends to cut his swing off at times. Looks to impact the baseball out front and to the pull-side. Projects for more power with additional strength and mechanical refinement. Posted an exit velocity of 74 mph. Good student.
