Ellis LaVallee is a 2028 RHP/UT with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Sharon, MA who attends Mansfield. Physical young build with good present strength and more to come. Works from a full wind up with a lower leg raise, upper body delivery to the plate, shorter arm action to a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 73 mph. CB displayed looser, vertical shape with developing spin at 1517 rpm. Expect velocity to continue improving as the frame refines. From behind the dish, started from a side saddle set and repeated a direct mid-line transfer well. Can gain additional ground in the footwork but consistently put throws on the bag. Posted a 2.44 pop time. From the IF, repeated the slot across the diamond up to 70 mph. Developing range with reliable glove work displayed. Offensively, started from an open base with a high back elbow. Intent to generate contact pull side with additional room to work into the lower half. Posted an exit velo of 73 mph. Ran a 8.78 sixty yard dash.
