Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a high hand load, limited lower half shift into contact, short hands drive swing, tends to pull off his front side early, mid field to pull side contact. 6.05 runner in the forty. Primary first baseman on defense, step by step actions to the ball, sets up wide in his lower half to field, arm strength still developing. Also pitched, works from a big side step delivery with a belt high leg raise, slight pause at the top of his delivery, 3/4's arm slot with some recoil out front. Fastball was in the low 60's with some cutting action, also threw a soft curveball. Good student
