Justin Giglio is a 2029 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-10 142 lb. frame from Yorktown Heights, NY who attends Yorktown. Lean young build with lots of time and room to get stronger. Works from a full wind up with a controlled belt high leg raise, short arm path into an extended 3/4's arm slot, simple and repeatable mechanics. Fastball topped out at 66 mph with some short run and sink, threw mostly fastballs and pitched to contact. Mixed in a rare short slurve type breaking ball with early break. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a high and compact hand load and a low leg lift timer, controlled the barrel well and repeated his timing, middle of the field line drive contact. Secondary outfielder on defense, has step by step actions to the ball, some feel for adjusting his glove fielding, can carry momentum into his throws more aggressively, soft throws from a lower arm slot.
