Nathaniel Terella is a 2030 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 177 lb. frame from Erie, PA who attends Fairview. Larger frame with some present strength and room to physically mature. Recorded a 8.71 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary catcher that received from a higher stance with developing receiving skills and arm strength up to 60 mph from behind the dish during drills. Slightly elongated midline transfer causes some timing issues with release and effects accuracy. Will improve with proper mechanical adjustments. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked exclusively from the stretch in this look. Displayed a controlled, balanced delivery with taller lower half down the slope. Fastball worked in the upper-60s for the majority of his outing and topped out at 70 mph from a three-quarters arm slot. Developing command of the zone, flashed beginning stages of a breaking ball with gradual movement that will continue to improve with mechanical adjustments and additional velocity. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly closed stance with a high, wrapped hand set and forward stride into launch. Incorporates rotational lower half mechanics, displayed developing bat-to-ball skills and whole field approach due to slight timing issues. Flashed some strength in his hands, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength.
