Nick Natale is a 2027 RHP/2B/SS with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from North Providence, RI who attends La Salle Academy. Lean young high-waisted build with lots of room to get stronger. Works exclusively from the stretch with a high leg raise over the rubber, shorter arm action to a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was mostly in the upper 70's and topped out at 81 mph with some ride up in the zone and running life down. Mixed in an 11/5 curveball that flashed some sharpness when he stayed on top and out front with it. 5.31 runner in the forty. Secondary middle infielder on defense, has some quickness in his first step and got to his spots well, feet work well, fielded the ball cleanly, showed some arm strength across the diamond. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a high hand load and a deep inward toe tap timer, has some quickness in his hands and worked gap to gap with line drive contact. Good student.
