Ryan Liebrenz is a 2027 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-11 153 lb. frame from St Cloud, MN who attends Cathedral. Lean young build with lots of room to get stronger. 6.95 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, is aggressive to the ball and will get out of control at times, quick exchange and release, made accurate throws, game actions in drills. Also worked out at first base and showed nice athleticism there with quick actions, good turns and accurate throws. Left handed hitter, sets up in a medium base with small leg raise and stride into his swing, tends to get to his front side early, loose line drive swing path with middle of the field contact, handled the ball well, more bat speed to come with additional strength. Took a turn on the mound, works from a standard side step delivery with a high leg raise and short stride down the mound, longer arm action with a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 78 mph and was mostly straight. Change up was his best pitch with good arm speed and some fading life. Also threw a soft 1/7 curveball. Excellent student.
