Coley Thompkins is a 2011 RHP/IF with a 6'0'', 160 lb. frame from Wilmington, NC who attends Hoggard HS. Slender projectable build, minimal present strength. Well paced delivery, mid 3/4's to 3/4's release, FB mid 70's now with good run, nice arm speed on change, beginnings of a CB, tends to shorten arm action on off speed. Good command, mixed up his pitches. Showed athletic ability on defense, LD swing with contact to all fields.
