Tyler Atwell is a 2013 RHP/3B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Venice, FL who attends Venice HS. Lean athletic build, room to fill out and add strength. 3/4 arm slot on the mound, short clean arm action, good armside run on fastball, velocity projects, nice feel for 11-5 curveball, fills up the strike zone, quick off the mound and fields his position well. Good offensive tools to work with, ball jumps off that bat, flashes good bat speed, good load and leverage, sound hitting fundamentals. Clean infield actions, makes plays. Solid student.
