Scott Witzel is a 2010 P/C/1B with a 5'10'', 180 lb. frame from Thornton, CO who attends Legacy HS. Medium build, some present strength. Compact arm action, over the top release, throws downhill, tends to fall to 1B side. Upper 70's fastball, mostly straight, keeps fastball down in zone, some 11/5 spin on curveball, flashed change up. Some pop in his bat. Good student.
