Patrick Sammons is a 2011 1B/RHP with a 6-3 230 lb. frame from Roswell, GA who attends Centennial HS. Big strong thick build. Spread stance at the plate, good balance, keeps weight back, long swing with high extended finish, looks to pull, has some power potential, does a good job in games keeping it short to the ball. Soft hands at first base, 7.74 runner. Also pitched, fastball to 81 mph from a compact easy arm action, lots of running action on FB, big soft curveball, threw strikes. Good student.
