Michael Parson -- Parson is a slender, framed junior southpaw out of Missouri. He has an easy, effortless arm action with a high ¾’s release point. Parson does a good job at hiding the ball from the hitter and his easy arm stroke makes his 78-80 mph fastball look like it’s jumping on hitters faster than it really is. Parson’s best secondary pitch is a 69 mph change up that he turns over for some running life and he also throws a 68 mph slurve type breaking ball. Parson is an excellent student. He can pitch and could develop into a top college lefty.
