Blake Voyles is a 2013 C/RHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Bainbridge, GA who attends Bainbridge HS. Voyles is a good athlete with a strong durable build. Worked out well behind the plate. Has a good setup, stays compact, receives well and has good catch and throw skills. Gets momentum going in the proper direction and gets rid of it quickly with good arm strength. Open stance at the plate, strength is obvious in his swing and he generates good bat speed. Has the tools to develop into a serious offensive threat, and has projecatable power. Quick worker on the mound wtih a short arm on the backside and good arm speed coming through. Throws strikes and shows a good degree of pitchability mixing in his curveball to keep hitters off balance. Very good student. Named to Top Prospect Team.
