Jonathan Trujillo is a 2011 RHP/MIF with a 6'3'', 180 lb. frame from Jupiter, FL who attends Palm Beach Gardens HS. Long legged, square shouldered build, projects strength. 3/4's release point, works downhill, arm is quick and easy, stays closed well. Heavy fastball to 86 mph, goes after hitters aggressively, good arm speed/release point on change, not as consistent on CB, CB has nice depth at times, mixes pitches well, throws strikes with all pitches. Long strong swing with extension, some power potential, squares up well. Good student. Named to Top Prospect Team.
