Vinnie Rosace is a 2013 LHP/OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Lake Mary, FL who attends Lake Mary HS. Smaller frame, young slender build. Easy low effort delivery, good direction, uses lower 1/2 very well, 3/4's arm slot, arm comes through quick and easy. Mid 80's fastball, touched 87 mph, good run and sink on fastball when down. Slider shows good tight spin at times, tends to slow arm and get under curveball, hung a few. Very good arm speed and deception on change up, quality pitch. Pitches to spots but needs more consistency staying on top of all pitches. Admirable mechanics and delivery. Good student.
