Woodworth is a 6-1, 170 lb 2006 catcher from Florida who is also a good pitching prospect. Woodworth flashes good athleticism with his 6.81 60 yard dash. He also has nice quickness behind the dish with his 1.89 pop time. Woodworth has arm strength as he threw 76 mph to second base and threw 84 mph off the mound. At the plate, Woodworth excellent bat speed with an uppercut swing path. Woodworth showed good balance and stayed inside the ball well. On the hill, Woodworth has nice fluid mechanics with a loose arm. Woodworth has a very positive and confident demeanor and is unafraid to pitch inside. Woodworth throws 3 pitches for strikes and has good stuff. Top prospect with a lot of tools and is a very good student.
