Anthony De La Cruz is a 2013 C/OF with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from Hialeah, FL who attends Pace HS. Compact frame, broad shoulders, strong thick build. Very good present player behind the plate and with the bat. Posted consistent sub 2.00 pop times, 1.87 during workout. Quick exchange, good footwork, low setup, ground well, quick feet, good receiver. Loose swing, good lift and extension, good power to pullside. Aggressive hitter, takes serious cuts, good bat speed, can fine tune hitting but has impressive raw tools.
