Zachary Metzger is a 2012 C/RHP/IF/OF with a 5'9'', 190 lb. frame from Rockwall, TX who attends Sunnyvale HS. Compact durable frame, thickness to build with strength in lower half and through chest and shoulders. Sets up well behind the plate, good target, receives well, has arm strength, throws carry and are accurate to 2B. Hits from open stance, aggressive approach, good bat whip out front, quick hands and shows strength in his swing, ball exits hard off bat, good gap to gap contact.
