Preston Guilmet is a well built strong 6'2/180 RHP from Citrus Heights, CA. He is a highest level pitching prospect with a pro future. At Tropicana Field he topped out at 88 mph but we're sure he has thrown harder. His arm really works well and he gets a good downward plane to the plate from a high 3/4 angle. His slider/slurve is a good sharp one that looked fairly unhittable at times. He showed good command of the zone and a lot of poise. This kid is really good and has a bright future. Preston is an excellent student.
