Trey Pledger is a 2011 RHP/3B with a 6-1 178 lb. frame from Baytown, TX who attends Ross S. Sterling HS. Lean athletic build, some physical projection. High leg lift delivery, good balance, long loose arm action, low effort at release, will occasionally drift out front. Low 80's fastball topped at 84 mph, straight when up in, sweeping slow curveball, tends to get on side of CB. Full aggressive swing at the plate, tends to pull off the ball, shows power on contact. Should keep improving.
