Alex Nickles is a 2012 OF/RHP with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Wyckoff, NJ who attends Ramapo. Nickles has a large frame with strength. Even stance at the plate, has strength in swing, good bat speed, ball jumps when centered, opens front shoulder, looks to pull, definite power potential. Plus arm in the outfield, plus carry, solid actions, aggressive. Also pitched, high 3/4 release, aggressive in zone, has arm speed, sound mechanics. He is a good student.
