Clifford has a solid frame, 3/4 arm slot, short arm action, good breaking 11/5 curveball, good command, solid online mechanics, firm front side, hits from a square stance, pull side approach with good extension and some late lift, shows good bat speed, defensively, accurate throws, good actions when on move, solid backhand, he is also an excellent student.
