Josh Martsching is a 2012 SS/RHP with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Bloomfield, IA who attends Davis County HS. Rangy athletic build with strength. Smooth actions at SS, good footwork, very quick release with arm strength that will play at both positions on the left side of the infield. Left-handed hitter with tight hands and compact swing. Good swing plane with middle of the field contact skills. Hit very well in games. Showed strength to right-center field, more pop to come as he develops. Consistent top performer at PG events and showcases over last year. Good student.
