Zac Knight is a 2012 OF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Lubbock, TX who attends Lubbock Monterey HS. Shorter muscular build. Athletic outfield actions, good footwork, shows some arm strength, 7.53 runner. Shows strength in swing, lacks present extension, ball comes off the barrel well, mostly hard opposite field contact, will need to learn to get separation in his swing to learn to pull and lift the ball, has raw hitting tools and good strength. Very good student.
