Zack Canada is a 2014 2B/SS with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Climax, NC who attends Southeast Guilford HS. Loose lean athletic build, room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, good swing mechanics, short and quick to the ball, good lower half use, hits off stiff front side, line drive swing, ball comes off the barrel hard. 6.95 runner, moves well laterally, good quick first step, soft hands at the ball, can make adjustments with arm action and release to improve arm strength. Solid all around athlete who can hit. Good student.
