Ryan Stamler is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Greenville, SC who attends St Joseph's HS. Medium athletic build, some developing strength. Full delivery, over the top arm slot, compact arm action, hides the ball, stays on line well, still developing consistency with release point. Fastball to 82 mph, mostly straight but with good downhill angle, good spin on 12/6 downer curveball with bite and depth at times, change up still developing. 7.34 runner, right handed hitter, low hand start, long loose swing with extension out front, has some bat speed, mid field contact, some gap power. Has nice all around athleticism. Good student.
