Austin Sulik is a 2013 OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Baton Rouge, LA who attends Catholic HS. Medium athletic frame, some present strength. Left handed hitter, strides in hard, aggressive swing, generates bat speed with quick hands, level line drive swing with bat speed, pull approach and will hit around the ball at times, shows pull power when he stays back and is leveraged, nice looking young hitter. Sound fundamental outfield actions, good footwork, proper throwing mechanics, accurate throws, will have to improve foot speed or may end up at first base. Good student.
