Tanner Payton is a 2013 1B/3B, RHP with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Seymour, IN who attends Brownstown Central. Big frame, room to fill, good projectable body. Deep load, bat has pop, pullside tendency, has bat speed, power approach, good ABs in games. Potential for power with physical maturity. Reads hops well defensively, good hands and body control. Up to 80 on the mound, 3/4 slot, velocity projects, big frisbee break on slider, compact mechanics, full back turn in windup. Good student.
